You'll be paired with a personal support worker who can help you with anything from occasional assistance to round-the-clock care. And after you've settled on a care package, Meliora Care is devoted to maximizing its value.

You choose the times, days, and tasks you'd want help with, and you can alter your package and services at any time. We're available by phone - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – if you need any more assistance.

There are no exit or daily costs; just your normal, minimal management charge applies.

Your Support Worker can assist you with a number of activities of daily living including:

The Program's goals is to enable consumers to have choice and flexibility in how their aged care and assistance is given at home; and to help persons in staying at home.

The Home Care Packages Program was created to help frailer seniors stay in their own homes. There are no minimum age requirements or residence limitations.
